Laurese M. Gerald is a native of Alexandria, Virginia. Laurese holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University, a Master of Education degree in Distance Education Technology from University of Maryland University College.

 

With a passion for youth advocacy and development, Laurese established UNCUT, LLC with the focus on youth empowerment, enrichment, consulting, merchandise and her non-profit organization UNCUT Youth, which seeks to help youth in the community between the ages of 10-17 to uncover their best self, unlock their fullest potential, to ultimately unleash them into their destiny.  Equipped with various gifts and talents, Laurese has served as a youth empowerment coach and Youth Ministry Director through various opportunities in the church, community, and notable organizations. 

 

Laurese is dedicated to making a difference in the community not just through UNCUT, but the community at large. Laurese serves on the Board of Directors at Jireh’s Place, a young girls non-profit organization and is a proud member of the Northern Virginia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
